Cost is $35.00 US per script PLUS Shipping & Handling. Please add all costs together and submit the total.

2 Scripts add $6.00 US
3 Scripts or more Delivery is Free.

EXAMPLE:   2 Scripts at $35.00 each = $70.00 + $6.00(S&H) = $76.00 (Total)
